My husband and I couldn’t have had a more perfect venue for our wedding! From the very first visit, we set our date. Barb is absolutely amazing and helped us with all of our questions before booking the venue. After we booked, it was smooth sailing. Everything was an easy process, Lincoln farmstead was always reaching out asking if we needed any help, was very flexible, responsive, and made us feel like family there. They had many vendor options for us to look at, seating options, as many visits as we wanted, and even helped us pack everything up after the wedding. If you are thinking about booking your event here, I highly recommend you do. You won’t regret it. Besides having awesome owners of the venue, the views and atmosphere are stunning! My family and I can’t stop talking about the wedding and we still get many comments about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Thank you Lincoln Farmstead! Hello beautiful! I wanted to just say thank you for creating Lincoln Farmstead, it’s hands down the most beautiful, magical venue ever! I’m convinced that there’s  no other venue on this planet that could’ve provided the ambiance and backdrop the way yours did. Your “person” and  personal touches were the cherry on top. Never in a million years did I think being the mother of the bride, that I would have had a stress-free, flawless day like that, and it’s still hard for me to comprehend that it went so smoothly. I just want to thank you, Chris and your entire family for all the love and dedication you clearly put in into every single event that you do. Joel and I just wanted to say thank you to all of our vendors. Our wedding day turned out to be absolutely perfect, and we could not have asked for more. With everything going on in the world, it was so nice to have the opportunity to celebrate with everyone.
Compliments to everyone for their service! The venue of course was breath taking and absolutely fit who we are. The flower arrangements were perfect and added just that small extra touch! Bartending staff was so personable! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. Our guests raved about our bundtinis! Photographers were great and boy did we end up with the perfect sunset! The officiant and DJ did a fantastic job keeping the ceremony and reception running smoothly. Transportation was right on time! And many thanks to hair and makeup. All the girls looked fantastic, and I felt like a princess.
Joel and I were actually able to enjoy the night and our time together, and that’s all thanks to all of you working so well together. I never imagined my wedding could have gone so well! Excellent venue with amazing staff! Chris and Barb have the perfect place for a rustic barn wedding! It gives that country feel right in the suburbs and they are so accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. They respond to questions immediately and are always very clear. Would recommend this place to anyone! - Eli M.

Magical - A one stop Picture Perfect Venue This venue took not only mine but my fiancé’s breath away. The heart and soul the owners Barb and Chris put into it, is evident in every tiny detail within the venue. From the groom’s quarters to the bride’s room to the floor, the chandeliers, the tables... I can go on and on. The gorgeous touches, restored pieces from the milk farm, decorations in each section of the venue, words cannot explain. The separate area for your cocktail hour with the whiskey barrels and a dream come true!!! There are so many incredible values to this place, I feel like we found a diamond in the rough! We looked at multiple venues and the vibes just weren’t there. My fiancé and I both got the chills when we pulled in to meet Barb (one of the most amazing humans I’ve ever met). We knew this was the place where we wanted all of our friends and family to celebrate our big day!
Barb is insanely helpful and accommodating. She deserves an award for being awesome. A lot of people we met with were a bit rough to deal with. She made us feel so relaxed to be there. Don’t believe me that something so incredible exists on earth, in Huntley IL for that matter? Go see it for yourself!

The first and only potential venue we visited Lincoln Farmstead was the first and only venue my fiancé and I visited. The moment we stepped into the barn I knew instantly I had found the place on our first shot. I even have a video to prove it! My fiancé was away at work when I visited and I made him a video of the property and I whispered to him “I think we should get married here.” It has an undeniable charm where rustic meets elegant. It’s everything I had in mind when I pictured our big day. The property has a little of everything- pavilion, small barn for cocktail hour, gorgeous backyard for an outdoor ceremony, fire pit, bride/groom room, etc. So many special little areas all in one place. It’s a hidden gem and I haven’t even gotten to Barb and Chris yet. They are truly one of the nicest couples I have ever met. They are so warm and welcoming that when you meet them it’s like you’ve known them forever. They instantly make you feel like family. When they gave us the tour of the property it was so obvious how proud and excited they were. That genuine, organic passion they had for the barn and its history/future made our decision even easier. They loved it and they made it so easy for us to love it too. Working with them while we plan our wedding has been a breeze. Wonderful venue I am in the process of planning my wedding right now and I have had a wonderful experience so far. Everyone at Lincoln farmstead has made me feel like family. Barb has been there for every question and wondering that I have had and has am answer and a plan for everything while maintaining flexibility, so our big day is exactly what we want. The venue is beautiful and Barb and the staff were a dream to work with. High winds broke our wedding arch causing us to move the wedding indoors, but Barb and her staff transitioned smoothly and even provided a replacement arch that looked just like the one we had! Our daughter’s wedding day was dreamy thanks to Lincoln Farmstead. Also, the sound system in the barn was so good! You could hear everything! Any event here would be amazing! - Jamie

Barb Lincoln of Lincoln Farmstead was wonderful to work with, we (my daughter and myself) always received a timely response to any questions we had. Her Interior Design background comes out in her attention to detail throughout the venue, inside and out. Everything was amazing from all the exterior buildings beautifully landscaped with indirect lighting, an outdoor bar area, a huge fire pit with Adirondack chairs that was tended to by Barb and her staff. There was plenty of room for guests to mingle inside and out with all of the different seating areas. The barn venue is beautiful, rustic but still uniquely elegant!

This is one of the most beautiful barn venues we've ever seen. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it. The staff were lovely and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make our day special. There are so many different spaces, which makes it great for ceremonies, receptions, and especially photos. The sunset was gorgeous on their property as well. - Taryn
